We are seeking a Customer Account Specialist to join our team located in the heart of San Francisco’s South of Market district. The role will help train, assist, and support our rapidly growing customer base, including working directly with some of the largest Democratic campaigns, labor unions, advocacy, and commercial organizations in America and internationally.

The role reports to the Director of Business Development. The position is full- time and is available immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relations, including answering calls and serving as primary point of contact between customers and Organizer

  • Deliver customer training on Organizer’s mobile application and web management interface

  • Work with the Business Development team to develop and implement improved client onboarding processes, including updated training materials and support documentation

  • Assist customers with cleaning, manipulating and uploading data

  • Track support tickets and work with Engineering team to resolve any

    technical issues

  • Collect regular customer feedback and provide comments to both Product

    and Business Development teams for future product developments

  • Update social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+)

    with engaging content relevant to our customers

    Skills & Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, experience managing multiple external relationships simultaneously

Customer Story: TechniArt and a Southern California Utility

TechniArt is a consulting firm that helps utilities develop marketing products, increase sales, and run special programs like Smart Meter Installation to residents. Since TechniArt consultants are based around the country and this project was with a Southern California Utility, they were looking for a solution to help them manage a remote workforce with a high level of accountability. In addition, the survey and Smart Meter process is quite complicated, and it was necessary to have a streamlined delivery at the door.

Customer Story: Trinidad and Tobago National Election

The People's National Movement in Trinidad and Tobago won the National Election on September 7th, 2015.They ran a tough campaign against the incumbent party, the United National Congress. One of the big PNM strategies was to engage voters in a dialogue about crime, corruption, and economy. They wanted to energize and mobilize voters to the polls through an integrated digital medal and field campaign. Vestige Strategies, a political strategy consulting firm, was able to deliver that vision and process through NationBuilder and Organizer.

How to Win your Spring Election

Spring Elections can be tricky to run and engage enough voters to be victorious. It’s at an odd time of year, and your average constituents are not paying attention to local politics. The most effective way to beat voter apathy is to engage them on personal level, so person to person contact is even more critical to get turnout on election day.
